Great Service

From the time I contacted Michael to tell him of our fathers death he took the worry and burden from the family at such a very sad, emotional and unusually difficult time.
He visited the house and talked us through every process calmly, efficiently and most professionally. His attention to detail and knowledge was remarkably comforting, guiding us all the way whilst considering our feelings leading up to the day and beyond.
The funeral was exactly how we had hoped and planned with Michael’s guidance. Knowing he was in control meant our family could spend the time together without any worries.
